Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Bhavana Healing, we are committed to providing a professional and personalized therapy experience. To ensure clarity, we have established the following refund policy for our online therapy sessions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if a client cancels their therapy session at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time.

No Refund: If a client cancels a session less than 1 hour before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may reschedule their sessions at no additional charge, provided they give notice at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

If a session is rescheduled, a new confirmation email with the updated details will be sent.

3. Service Issues:

If you experience any issues during your session (e.g., technical difficulties, dissatisfaction with service), please contact us immediately via email (info@bhavanahealing.com) or phone (+91843104672). We will review the situation and take appropriate actions, which may include rescheduling the session or offering a partial refund if applicable.

 

4. Non-Refundable Services:

Digital Products: Any additional digital products or resources purchased separately (such as downloadable materials or recorded sessions) are non-refundable.

Missed Appointments: If a client fails to attend the session without prior notice (i.e., "no-show"), no refund will be provided.
